RECHARGE CLASS TERMS & CONDITIONS

(House Rules)

These Terms and Conditions are established to maintain the highest standards of training quality, safety, order, and comfort for all participants at Recharge.

  1. Class Booking

    All participants must book classes through Recharge's official website at www.recharge-training.com prior to attending any class.

  2. Booking Time Limit

    Class bookings may be made as long as the class has not yet started and available slots remain, in accordance with the schedule displayed on the Recharge website.

  3. Check-In
    1. Participants must check in at the front desk prior to class commencement by scanning the barcode available through their member account on the Recharge website.
    2. Failure to complete the check-in process shall be deemed a no-show, regardless of whether the participant is physically present at the premises.
  4. Class Cancellation & No-Show Policy
    1. Morning Classes (Before 12:00 PM WIB): Cancellations must be made no later than 8 (eight) hours prior to the scheduled class time.
    2. Afternoon/Evening Classes (12:00 PM WIB onwards): Cancellations must be made no later than 3 (three) hours prior to the scheduled class time.
    3. Cancellations made beyond the stated time limits, or failure to attend without prior notice (no-show), will result in the class credit being forfeited and non-refundable.

    Unlimited Membership Policy:

    • Unlimited Members are granted a maximum tolerance of 3 (three) no-shows per calendar month.
    • Upon reaching 3 no-shows within the same month, the membership shall be automatically frozen for 7 (seven) consecutive calendar days.
    • Each additional no-show within the same month will result in an additional 7 (seven) day freeze.
    • This policy is implemented to ensure fair access to class availability for all members.
  5. Class Duration

    Each class has a duration of approximately 75 to 90 minutes, depending on the class type. Specific duration details are available in each class description on the Recharge website.

  6. Class Capacity

    Maximum class capacity is determined by program type, equipment availability, and training complexity, as follows:

    • Build: 30 participants
    • Hybrid Strength: 24 participants
    • Hybrid Simulation: 24 participants
    • Athletic Foundation: 20 participants
    • Olympic Weightlifting
      • Wednesday: 15 participants
      • Sunday: 20 participants
    • Gymnastics: 20 participants
    • Performance
      • Tuesday: 15 participants
      • Thursday: 15 participants
      • Saturday: 18 participants
    • Abs & Glutes: 15 participants

    There is no minimum participant requirement. Classes will proceed as long as an instructor is available.

  7. Arrival Time

    Participants are strongly encouraged to arrive at least 10 (ten) minutes prior to class start time for preparation and check-in.

  8. Late Arrival

    Participants arriving more than 10 (ten) minutes after class commencement will not be permitted to join the class and may be directed to attend a subsequent class, subject to availability. In such cases, class credit shall still be deemed used.

  9. Class Rescheduling

    Class schedule changes may only be made by:

    1. Cancelling your existing booking no later than 8 (eight) hours before the class starts for morning classes, and no later than 3 (three) hours before the class starts for evening classes.
    2. Rebooking another desired class.

    Direct class transfers without cancellation and rebooking are strictly prohibited.

  10. Class Selection & Participant Responsibility
    1. Participants are solely responsible for selecting classes appropriate to their fitness level, training experience, and physical condition.
    2. Participants must disclose any injuries, medical conditions, or health concerns that may affect safe participation.
    3. Recharge shall not be held liable for injuries or risks arising from failure to disclose such conditions.
  11. Conduct, Compliance & Safety
    1. Participants must comply with all instructor directions during class.
    2. Any behavior causing disruption, disturbance, or interference with the class is strictly prohibited.
    3. Instructors are authorized to issue verbal warnings for misconduct.
    4. Failure to comply may result in the participant being requested to leave the class at the instructor's discretion.
    5. In such circumstances, class credit shall be deemed forfeited.
  12. Final Provisions

    By booking a class, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Recharge Class Terms & Conditions. Recharge Management reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with notice provided through official Recharge communication channels.
