The main focus of this class is to help you build strong glutes and toned abs the right way. Expect targeted exercises that improve muscle activation and control. Develop strength and stability through structured and effective training.

HYBRID – SIMULATION (Beginner)
This class is designed to simulate the actual HYROX race and replicate the stress and challenges you will face on competition day. Expect a combination of cardio-based exercises and functional workout stations performed under fatigue.

HYBRID – STRENGTH (Beginner)
The goal of this class is to help you master all eight essential HYROX stations. We focus on building strength and improving efficiency in each movement. Develop better output, technique, and confidence across all stations.

ATHLETIC FOUNDATION (Beginner)
This class is designed to help you build a strong foundation for athletic performance. The focus is on injury prevention, proper running technique, and overall movement efficiency. Move better and improve long-term performance.

GYMNASTICS (Intermediate)
Our gymnastics classes offer a unique blend of strength, coordination, balance, flexibility, and mobility. During these classes, you will work on handstands, dips, pull-ups, muscle-ups, and more. Build control, awareness, and relative strength.

OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING (Advanced)
Learn the snatch and clean & jerk through an accessible and structured approach. You will be guided step-by-step to refine technique and improve efficiency. Build strength, power, and confidence in your lifts.

PERFORMANCE (Advanced)
Performance class combines cardiovascular conditioning, muscular endurance, and strength. The focus is on movement efficiency and proper technique under fatigue. Train in a competitive environment that challenges both your physical and mental capacity.
