RECHARGE MEMBERSHIP POLICIES

1. Membership Usage

   All Recharge membership packages are valid for one (1) individual only and are strictly non-transferable.

2. Change of Membership Type

   Once purchased, the membership type cannot be changed, transferred, or converted into another membership type.

3. Membership Validity and Leave Policy

   Membership validity is calculated consecutively, including national holidays and public holidays. Members may apply for a membership leave under the following conditions:

   3.1. General Leave (Paid)

   Members may apply for leave at any time with no frequency limitations within a single contract period.

   • Duration: Leave must be taken in multiples of 7 (seven) calendar days (e.g., 7, 14, 21 days, etc.).
   • Fee: General leave is subject to an administration fee of IDR 200,000 per 7 days (1 week).

   3.2. Emergency Leave (Complimentary)

   Recharge provides a fee waiver (Free) for the following specific conditions:

   • Illness/Injury: Requires a valid medical certificate or hospital note.
   • Bereavement: Loss of an immediate family member (Parent, Spouse, Child, or Sibling).

   The duration for emergency leave will be adjusted based on Recharge management's discretion following document verification.

4. Membership Activation Period

   Membership may be activated on the same day as the purchase date, subject to class availability. The latest activation date is within 1 (one) month from the purchase date.

   Failure to activate within this period may result in the membership being automatically activated, in accordance with management policy.

5. Membership Payment

   All membership payments must be made exclusively to the following bank account:

6. Payment Policy

   All payments are final and non-refundable, under any circumstances and for any reason.

7. Final Provision

   By purchasing a membership, members are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable Recharge Membership Policies.

   Management reserves the right to amend these policies when necessary, with notice provided through official Recharge communication channels.
