PERSONAL TRAINING TERMS & CONDITIONS – RECHARGE

Personal Training Registration
Personal training registration may be completed online via chat with a Recharge admin or in person at the studio.

Personal Training Information
The Recharge team will provide complete information regarding personal training services, including pricing, instructor options, schedules, and applicable terms and conditions.

Instructor Selection
Once an instructor is selected, the Recharge team will connect the client with the instructor to discuss training goals and session scheduling.

Payment
Payment must be completed after the first personal training session date has been confirmed, in order to secure and lock the instructor's schedule.

Personal Training Form
Upon successful payment, Recharge will provide a Personal Training Form which must be signed by the client on the day of the first session.

Cancellation & Rescheduling by Client
Personal training sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with a minimum notice of 12 (twelve) hours prior to the scheduled session.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before the session, or failure to attend (no-show), will result in the session being forfeited and considered used, with no replacement or refund.

Cancellation by Instructor or Management
If a session is canceled by the instructor or management due to unforeseen circumstances, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost or the session credit will be returned to the client's account.

Package Validity & Leave Policy
Membership validity is calculated consecutively, including national holidays and public holidays. Members may apply for a membership leave under the following conditions:
- Members may apply for leave at any time with no frequency limitations within a single contract period.
- Duration: Leave must be taken in multiples of 7 (seven) calendar days (e.g., 7, 14, 21 days, etc.).
- Fee: General leave is subject to an administration fee of IDR 200,000 per 7 days (1 week).

Medical & Unforeseen Circumstances
In cases of medical conditions or unforeseen circumstances, clients may request extended leave or special consideration.
Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may require supporting documentation. Approval is not guaranteed and remains at management's discretion.

Personal Training Instructor Change
Clients may submit a request for a personal training instructor change if there are valid, objective, and justifiable reasons, including but not limited to:
- A mismatch between the training approach and the client's needs, goals, or condition;
- Communication challenges that significantly affect session effectiveness;
- Changes in medical condition requiring different instructor expertise; or
- Other reasons deemed relevant by management.
All requests must be submitted in writing through Recharge's official channels. Approval is subject to management's sole discretion. If an approved instructor change results in a fee difference due to a higher instructor level, the client is required to pay the applicable price difference before any sessions with the new instructor are scheduled. An instructor change does not affect package validity, session count, or cancellation policies.

Payment & Refund Policy
All personal training payments are final and non-refundable.
Unused sessions due to late cancellations, no-shows, or package expiration cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged.

Final Provision
By purchasing a personal training package, clients are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all Personal Training Terms & Conditions – Recharge.
Management reserves the right to amend these terms when necessary, with notice provided through Recharge's official communication channels.
